Senior Maintenance Technician – Apple Valley, MN

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to support daily operations, assist in training maintenance staff, and ensure all preventive and general maintenance tasks are completed to company standards. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications

• Proven history or experience in maintenance or related fields (2-4 yrs experience)
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, snow and maintenance equipment
• Strong work ethic with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to manage a physically demanding workload
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with strong time-management abilities
• Working knowledge of property maintenance systems, including pools, boilers, painting, and basic HVAC troubleshooting

Role & Responsibilities

• Asist in training maintenance staff and reinforcing operational best practices
• Complete daily assigned work orders in a timely, professional, and high-quality manner
• Perform building, electrical, painting, plumbing, and general repair tasks
• Maintain accurate inventory levels for supplies, tools, and equipment
• Work independently while producing consistent, high-quality results
• Interact professionally with residents, staff, vendors, and service providers
• Ensure all tasks are completed according to established timelines and technical guidelines
